２．契約者貸付制度を利用する
保険会社から解約返戻金の中の一定の範囲内においてお金を借り受けることができる制度です。
この制度を利用して、
解約返戻金－借り受け金額≦20万円
とすれば、解約しなくても良くなります。
※但し、それにより手持ちの現金が借り受けた分増加します。
現金が99万円を超える場合は現金は全額処分対象になりますので注意が必要です。
その他：裁判所の裁量
裁判所はその裁量により処分の対象外とする資産を決定する事ができます。
